Chiropractic treatment is an alternative way to treat problems with the spine and joints. The name comes from the Greek word "chiro", which means "hand", and "praktikos", which means "practical",i.e. "done by hand".

Manual therapy in its various forms has existed since ancient times, and was performed to soldiers before important battles. During a Chiropractic treatment the therapist treats you by repositioning, applying pressure and twisting of the spine and the limbs. When done professionally the Chiropractic treatment can help with many ailments.

Chiropractic treatment

Often people confuse it with manual therapy massage, which is absolutely wrong. Massage has a relaxing and calming effect, which is great against many diseases. The Chiropractic treatment has curative intent and full relaxation appears as a secondary effect. Sometimes you may not even feel it immediately.

Manual therapy is performed to adults, after 30 yearsm with fully strengthened bones and joints. If you do not need special treatment, you may visit your therapist 1-2 times a year. This will keep your health in good condition and will prevent many complications resulting from modern life.

If you decide to visit a Chiropractic specialist carefully research them on the Internet - read forums, search for Chiropractic websites. There are many charlatans who can do you only harm if they do not intervene properly. Manual therapists are professionals who have specialized education and training, not just people who rub well.

Never start a treatment with a person who has never looked at your medical status. If the treatment is to be performed  properly, the specialist must carefully examine the health of the patient beforehand - the affected areas of the spine and the processes that occur in the body.

When a patient should NOT receive a Chiropractic treatment?

Manual therapy should not be performed on patients with a herniated disc, osteoporosis, inflammation of joints, sprains and fractures. Chiropractic treatment is forbidden in cases when the joints must rest as well.

The Chiropractic treatment must be appointed or recommended by a specialist. If not, it is almost certain guarantee that not only you will not be healed, but it may get even worse. Before the course of treatment  you should be examined thoroughly so that your doctor will know that manual therapy is appropriate for you.

Chiropractic is an alternative and very effective way to treat and maintain good healthy shape. If you suffer from back or joint problems, before heading to some serious treatment and medication, consult an orthopedic traumatologist whether or not you'd benefit from a Chiropractic treatment.

I would highly recommend Katya and her team at baseklas™… exceeded our  expectations with our latest website. Since we are an e-commerce store  & responsiveness is crucial, they delivered time and time again.  I  would definitely consider [them] a strategic partner… worked within our  budget and helped prioritize projects, came up with alternative  solutions when needed. We look forward to a long working relationship  with baseklas™. img
